Shipping & Returns Policy

If your address falls outside our standard shipping zones, don’t worry — we can still ship New Zealand-wide. Please get in touch with us for a custom freight quote and we’ll get your order sorted.

We aim to process and ship all orders promptly, with delivery times varying based on your location. Our workshop is rural, which can add a couple of extra days for courier collection. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout, as we cannot be held responsible for delays or lost items due to incorrect details.

Heavy orders: Online shipping rates apply to orders up to 25 kg. For orders over 25 kg, the shipping price shown is a placeholder only. Please contact us for an accurate freight quote.

For oversized items (i.e garden edging and large metal plates) we can give you a custom shipping quote (contact us at info@wilatt.co.nz) or you’re welcome to collect your item/s (of any weight) for free from our workshop in Bombay, Auckland.

We will assess returns on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of delivery. We don’t accept returns for a change-of-mind situation.
