Shipping & Returns Policy

We aim to process and ship all orders promptly, with delivery times varying based on your location (but generally 3-5 business days). Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout, as we cannot be held responsible for delays or lost items due to incorrect details.

Our shipping options are based on weight. If you’re purchasing items that total over 25kg, your order will likely be shipped as multiple items to abide by our carrier’s limits. If your order is over 25kg we may also be able to give you a custom shipping quote (contact us at info@wilatt.co.nz) or you’re welcome to collect your item/s (of any weight) for free from our workshop in Bombay, Auckland.

We will assess returns on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of delivery. We don’t accept returns for a change-of-mind situation.
