Plasma cutting is particularly suited to bold lettering, silhouettes, and strong graphic designs rather than extremely fine or intricate artwork.

We work best from DXF, SVG or other vector files supplied by the customer.
Designing for plasma cutting
The best plasma-cut signs use strong shapes, clear lettering, and details substantial enough to cut cleanly from metal.
Very fine lines, tiny lettering and highly intricate designs aren't always suitable for plasma cutting. You may wish to consider laser cutting instead.
Please note: We are a fabrication workshop, not a graphic design service. We do not create artwork from scratch or convert complex sketches, screenshots, or AI-generated images into production files.
